These terms govern your use of the SlashMarketer website and app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for everything done through your account, for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One account is for one person.
Do not use SlashMarketer to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, mislead people, spam, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass plan limits, or resell access without our written permission.
You must follow the rules of the platforms you publish to (for example Meta or Google advertising and content policies).
You keep ownership of the material you submit and the outputs you create. You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display that material only as needed to run and support the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you submit and for the accuracy of the claims you publish.
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output produced for others. They are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Review and edit everything before you publish it.
We do not guarantee any result, ranking or business outcome.
The Verify feature runs a simulated head-to-head in a synthetic social world. Its scores and verdicts are indicative only and are not a prediction of real-world performance.
Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platforms and their APIs. Those services have their own terms and may change, rate-limit or become unavailable; we are not responsible for them.
SlashMarketer is offered as-is and is in early access. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable at times.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
