Terms of Sale

We offer Go (free), Plus and Pro, billed monthly or annually in US dollars. The price, billing period and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay. Local taxes may apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. A subscription is charged in advance and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal (Settings → Plan & usage, or Pricing).

First-month discount: the first M subscribers receive a discount off their first month, announced in the product with its deadline. It applies to monthly plans only — an annual subscription is never discounted.

The offer is limited, applies once, may be changed or withdrawn by the operator, and is not a guarantee of future pricing. It only reduces your first invoice — the plan then renews at its normal price.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your current plan until then.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Except where the law requires otherwise (including Hong Kong consumer protections), fees for a period that has already started are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will be fair.

Limits marked “unlimited” are subject to fair use and rate limits so the service stays available for everyone.

We may change prices. We will give notice before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

If a payment fails your subscription may become past due and the account may move to the free plan until it is resolved.
