Privacy Policy

SlashMarketer ("we", "us") is a campaign platform operated from Hong Kong. For anything in this policy, contact us at support@slashhub.hk. We are the data user/controller for the account and content data described below.

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We store your user id, email and display name.

Profile defaults: the display name, market & language, default sector, tone and brand voice you save in Settings.

Your content: the products, product URLs, briefs, copy, scene plans, images, video, social posts, projects and comments you create, together with the generated outputs and their scores.

Connected channels: if you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store the tokens and page/account ids needed to publish, and the results (ids, links, errors) of the posts you schedule.

Usage & billing data: monthly AI usage counters (coins spent plus per-action counts), your plan, offer seat and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store Stripe ids and status, never your card number.

Technical data: basic request logs and error diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.

To provide the service: run the pipeline, generate and store your outputs, and publish to the channels you connect.

To enforce plan limits, take payments, prevent fraud and abuse, support you, keep the service secure and improve it.

The prompts, text and images you submit are sent to the configured AI model and media providers to generate or analyze the output you ask for. Intake images are held in browser memory while SlashAI processes them; SlashMarketer does not save those image files. Do not submit personal data about other people that you are not allowed to share.

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage) for accounts, data and media; Stripe for payments; the configured AI and media providers for generation; our hosting provider for the API and this website. Each processes the data only for these purposes.

We use cookies and browser local storage for your sign-in session, your market & language choice, dismissing the offers banner, your brand voice, and short-lived drafts and caches. We do not run advertising trackers. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

We keep your account and content while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your profile and content, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (for example billing records) and de-identified usage counts.

Access is authenticated, data is scoped to your account, and secrets are held server-side. No system is perfectly secure: keep your Google account safe, and tell us about any suspected issue.

Our providers may process data outside Hong Kong (for example in the United States or the EU). Where required, we rely on their contractual data-protection safeguards.

You can access and correct your profile and content in the app, export it, and ask us to delete your account. Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) you may request access to and correction of your personal data. Email us to exercise these rights and we will respond within a reasonable time.

SlashMarketer is not intended for anyone under 18 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy. The date above changes when we do, and material changes will be surfaced in the product.
